The annual Health Technology Cluster iVita members' event took place on 14 September. The focus of the annual meeting was on presenting new opportunities to the cluster members, so the first part of the event was exclusively dedicated to these updates.
Gytis Junevičius from the Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC) presented the digitization opportunities for companies and the calls for funding instruments.

Daiva Ulkienė, consultant of the iVita cluster, presented the challenges of certification of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices and also the project "NoBoCap" (Notified Body Increased Capacity), which is currently being implemented by the cluster together with partners from Romania, Belgium, Ireland and Greece, with the aim to increase the capacity of Notified Bodies and to contribute to the acceleration of the process of certification of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices at the European level.

Diana Vertelkienė, Cluster Manager, gave an overview of the iVita Cluster's strategic areas, which include the promotion of R&D activities, community development, and the development of competencies of the Cluster and its members. She also introduced the new members and discussed the main objectives of the cluster and their implementation.

In the second part of the event, Eglė Vaičiukynaitė, Neuromarketing Specialist at KTU EVF, presented the basics of neuromarketing and generative artificial intelligence, the variety of specific tools/platforms, and introduced the applied aspects of these tools/platforms in business.
She also gave a close look at how mobile eye-tracking technology (glasses) works and how it can be used in business.
